Salt air
From the harbor to Newport Coast, salt air corrodes cheap fixtures. We use corrosion-resistant finishes and sealed stone.
Hard water
Orange County water spots glass and fixtures fast. Protective glass coatings and forgiving finishes keep things looking new.
California code
Remodeled bathrooms need humidity-sensing fans, 1.28 gpf toilets and 1.8 gpm showerheads — we handle it all.
