Luxury Bathroom Remodeling for Newport Beach Homes
Typical homes in Newport Beach are 1960s–1980s bluff and harbor homes, beach cottages and newer custom builds, and their bathrooms often still have the original layout. Many homes in Eastbluff, Westcliff and Dover Shores still have original 1960s–80s bathrooms with tub-shower combos and cultured marble, while harbor and island homes need materials that stand up to constant salt air.
We coordinate with Newport Beach HOAs on work hours, parking and insurance paperwork.
